" This place has been more than just a home to me, it’s been a space to land, reset, and create during a really pivotal time in my life.

Coming from Chicago, I was looking for something that still had that urban energy, but with more character and more room to breathe. This place ended up being exactly that, and honestly, a bit of a godsend during COVID.

It gave me a creative outlet in ways I didn’t expect. The brick, the light, the openness of the space, it became a canvas where I got to see my photography come to life, which made it feel even more personal.

Some of my favorite moments here have been the simple ones, slow mornings with coffee, hosting small get togethers, evenings on the patio with the fire going, and being able to walk to some of the best spots in RiNo without ever needing to get in a car.

There’s something special about this unit in particular and I know the future owners will see it the same!"
